Shannon Pond

Shannon Pond is a member of Blackwell Short's Property Team, assisting clients with conveyancing, leasing and business transaction matters.

Having grown up on a family farm at Forest Reefs, Shannon has a strong connection to the Central West and an appreciation for the people, businesses and communities that make the region unique. She enjoys being part of a team that helps clients through important property and business transactions.

Since joining Blackwell Short, Shannon has worked closely with the firm's conveyancing team, assisting with residential and rural property transactions, commercial leasing matters and business sales and purchases. Through this experience, she has developed a strong understanding of the processes involved in property transactions and the importance of clear communication and attention to detail.

Shannon is currently studying Conveyancing Law and Practice through Macquarie University while continuing to expand her practical experience within the Property Team. She has a sound understanding of Land Registry Services and PEXA and enjoys helping clients navigate each stage of their transaction.

Known for her friendly nature and willingness to learn, Shannon is committed to delivering excellent service and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the conveyancing process.

 

Outside the office, Shannon enjoys rural life and remains closely connected to the local farming community.
