Rebecca Martin is the heart of Blackwell Short's Conveyancing Team, helping clients navigate property transactions with confidence, clarity and a friendly face at every stage of the process.

An Orange local, Rebecca has a strong understanding of the local property market and has built excellent relationships with real estate agents, brokers and other professionals throughout the region. Her local knowledge and experience enable her to guide clients through their property transactions smoothly and efficiently.

Since joining Blackwell Short in 2019, Rebecca has assisted hundreds of clients with the purchase and sale of residential, rural and investment properties. She particularly enjoys helping first home buyers take their first step into the property market, while also supporting investors, families and downsizers through important property decisions.

Rebecca became a Licensed Conveyancer in 2021 and is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. She has extensive experience using PEXA and Land Registry Services and is highly knowledgeable in relation to transfer duty exemptions, concessions and the various requirements associated with property transactions in New South Wales.
