Rebecca is the heart and soul of the Blackwell Short Conveyancing Team. Rebecca has been with Blackwell Short since 2019 and became fully qualified as a Licence Conveyancer in 2021 and is a current member of the Australia Institute of Conveyancers.
As an Orange Local Rebecca has a fundamental knowledge of the Orange property market and the ability to assist in any conveyancing transaction. Rebecca has a great working relationship with all real estate agents in town and is able to assist the community in an efficient and swift transaction. Rebecca thoroughly enjoys helping people with their property transactions.
Rebecca has an excellent understanding of Land Registry Services, PEXA and the exemptions and requirements for Stamp Duty in relation to the Transfer of property in NSW.
While her primary focus is conveyancing Rebecca also has recently gained more experience in leasing and other commercial transactions such as sales of businesses.
