Blackwell Short Lawyers commenced in July 2006 by the founding principals seeking to provide a limited number of areas of practice for a regional law firm. Those four initial areas of law continue to this day but have grown with the addition of Commercial Litigation when Consultant, John Carpenter joined the firm in 2009.
Blackwell Short is now one of the biggest law firms in the Central West of NSW, adding Family Law in 2016 when Alison Neville joined the firm and our core practice areas are supported by Geraldine Sutton in Property and Estates, Deirdre May in Wills and Estates and Charles Henley who has joined us in Business and Litigation Law.
