Legal Interests
George’s areas of interest in elder and family law reflect his background and genuine affinity with people and desire to resolve their legal problems.
Elder law is emerging as one of the key area’s of law focused on a demographic of the population and their emerging needs. George applies it within its wider context of estate planning, wills and probate, powers of attorney, enduring guardianship, advanced health care directives and abuse of older people.
George’s interest in family law is focused on endeavouring to achieve solutions through negotiation and mediation as he believes on the whole it is the people involved that make the best decisions. Sometimes this can not be achieved and he works with you to find a solution.
George’s interest in property is a natural flow on from elder and family law which result in property transactions along with the normal property transactions that occur in peoples daily lives.
